Questions about lessons at your pool
How do I know which level my child starts in?
An instructor comes to your pool for a first visit and sees how your swimmer is in the water. They tell you where lessons begin.
What does the family provide?
A pool with a fence and a gate that closes, a shady spot, an adult on the deck for the whole lesson and a towel. The gate and fence are yours to keep, as your city and county ask.
How long is a lesson, and how many make a session?
A lesson is thirty minutes in the water. A session is six lessons, booked over a few weeks.
What does my swimmer bring or wear?
A towel, and a swim shirt if you like. Goggles are fine if your swimmer likes them, and long hair is tied back.
Where do I watch?
On the deck, in the shade, where your swimmer can see you. Please keep phones away from the edge.
Who is in the water with my child?
An instructor, beside your swimmer for the whole lesson.
What if we miss a lesson?
Tell us a day ahead and we make it up within the session. A lesson cut short by thunder is made up too.
What if the weather turns?
At the first thunder everyone leaves the water and we wait for it to pass. If the storm stays, we move the lesson and tell you by text.
Do you teach in Spanish?
Yes. Yovani and Angelita teach in English and Spanish. Tell us which you prefer when you get in touch.
How does tuition work?
Tuition depends on the level, on one swimmer or two from the same family, and on the lessons in the session. We share the figures at the first visit and on our enrollment page.
Ask about a first visit
Tell us your town and your swimmer's age, and we will say which days we are near you.
